For My Tempera Batik I chose to do a famous cow from a movie that was filmed in Hawaii.
Horton the elephant
This painting is titled (Horton the elephant) was done by Dr. Seuss. Horton first appeared in 1940 in the book Horton hatches the egg. As you can tell In the painting The big Elephants, and the pink flower sticks out. In this painting you can see that Horton is a police strobe blue colored elephant. And the dark pink flower sticks out because it is being held by the biggest object in the painting, and if you look closely at the tiny pink flower you can see that there is a little speck. In this painting i feel like the artist is trying to describe that the smallest things in earth that you have seem more important to you than you actually think. It does not have to be the biggest thing or most expensive thing. Like Horton really loves the little speck on the flower. You can tell because he is really happy. And looking at is very closely. ...
